We also offer various surface finishes, including polished, honed, sandblasted, tumbled, and acid-washed, to meet your aesthetic vision.

4. How are marble products packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition?

To guarantee that products arrive safely, we use professional, seaworthy packaging. For slabs, we utilize reinforced wooden bundles. For tiles, we use styrofoam boxes and sturdy, fumigated wooden pallets or crates. For vanity tops and other delicate items, we use strong wooden crates with internal protective layers, such as thick foam or blankets, to prevent shaking and damage. All wooden materials used in our packaging are fumigated to comply with international export standards.

5. What is the typical lead time and payment term for an order?

We aim for efficiency in our production schedule. Typically, our lead time for an order is 15 to 25 days after the order is confirmed and the deposit is received. Regarding payment terms, we generally request a 30% deposit via T/T before production begins, with the balance due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
